We had one incident several years ago where someone gave us fraudulent payment for an order.
We tracked the person down and had the person arrested. It cost us some money, but
we did end up recovering the cost of the product and more importantly, stop anyone
else from being victimized. (He had scammed other companies, but they all blew it off as a cost of doing business.)
We love our customers and take their business very personally.
Luckily we've only had one bad apple in the past 15 or so years.
