Most items have a very liberal (as in you can just "change your mind") 30 day return policy; subject to the 18% restocking charge*.

*Some items (such as special order items and some software items) can not be returned... call for details.

All items returned must have an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from us; and be in new, unmodified condition. To get a RMA#, send the request to us via e-mail or fax.

More Return Policy: For most of the items we carry, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in new resellable condition for your money back minus the 18% restocking charge. (S&H&I charges are not refunded). Please call for your authorization number and instructions.

No Warranty / No Liability Policy: We strive to carry high quality products that function as described. The manufacturers are responsible for their own warranties. We do not warrant, explicitly or implied, nor assume liability for, any use or applications of its products. In particular, the products we sell are not qualified to assume critical roles where human or animal life may be involved.

For unassembled kits, you accept all responsibility for the proper functioning of the kit. We are not liable for, or anything resulting from, improper assembly of its products, acts of God, abuse, misuses, improper or abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance, lightning or other incidence of excess voltage, or exposure to the elements. We are not responsible, or liable for, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performances of its product or other damages with respect to loss of property, loss of revenues or profit or costs of removal, installation or re-installations. You agree and certify that you accept all liability and responsibility that the products, both hardware and software and any other technical information you obtain has been obtained legally according to the laws of Virginia, the United States and your country. Your acceptance of the products purchased from us will be construed as agreeing to these terms.

If you find within the first 30 days that your purchase has a manufacturer's defect. We will fix or replace the item at no charge. BEWARE: All the products get tested before they leave, so make sure it's a manufacturer's defect. If we find no manufacturer's defect, you will be responsible for the charges applicable. ($18.95 minimum charge). Please call for your authorization number and instructions.
